About the Event

Learn how to play fiddle tunes in the Norwegian folk style on your own string instrument, under the guidance of acclaimed violinist/fiddler Rachel Nesvig.  In this workshop and concert, Rachel will demonstrate tunes on a traditional Hardanger fiddle, show us how to do some simple Norwegian folk dance steps, and teach us tunes on our regular "flat fiddles"!  Musical participation is encouraged but listening non-musician audiences are also welcome to come watch!

Tickets are $10 at the door by cash or check to Artwork Strings.
